We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 120-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 120 days after receiving your item to request a return or a replacement.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our official warehouse with a valid tracking number. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Warehouse Returns Only: Only items sent back directly to one of our designated warehouses are eligible for a refund. Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us first at support@healdeeps.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the correct return address, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Free Replacements (Within 30 Days)
Does your product not fit quite right? No problem! Get in touch with us within the first 30 days of receiving your order, and we will help you out with a free replacement. Choosing a replacement is much faster and more cost-effective for you than processing a standard return.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first 12 hours after they have been placed. After 12 hours, our team has already registered your order in our system and handed it over to our shipping carriers, meaning it can no longer be canceled.

Inspection: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to let you know if your refund has been approved.

Payout: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
